Where can we deliver the package to?

We can ship to most countries in the world. Countries not shipped to include: South Sudan, Palestine.

What shipping methods are offered, and what are the respective shipping times?

We offer two shipping methods: Standard and Express.

Standard shipping: We ship orders of any amount with E-Packet, EMS, or USPS shipping, and provide a tracking number and a tracking link.

Express shipping: You can purchase express shipping during checkout for most countries, which affects postal service mailing time only and not our processing time. Different countries will be automatically shipped with the available express option, such as FedEx or DHL.

1. All times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they vary depending on the exact destination. Customization back-order and special-order processing procedures will delay shipping by 1-2 business days.

2. In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. However, customization back-order and special-order processing procedures will delay shipping by 1-5 business days.

3. During holiday seasons, orders may experience delays of up to 1-2 weeks.
